Job Summary

This position contributes to the success of all new businesses and assisting with up sells to current accounts. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for all sales pipelines, sales research tools, RFPs, proposals and presentations. This position will work with the Business Development Team and IMI President to ensure sales goals are met and will drive sales initiatives with the IMI Vegas team.

Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for IMI Vegas’ search agency services
  • Plan, prioritize, and qualify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Own the sales process – coordination of internal resources, facilitate meetings, development of presentation materials, development of proposals, define strategy to bring deal to closure
  • Develop data driven presentations demonstrating the value of the IMI Vegas solutions
  • Train and educate prospects on the IMI Vegas solutions
  • Ability to articulate client decisions and signature process
  • Conduct high-level conversations with key executives at prospect accounts
  • Work with and meet or exceed the assigned sales quotas

Measurements of Performance

  • Successfully generate new sales leads, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and sign new clients regularly
  • Drive sales initiatives with entire IMI Vegas team
  • Meet all deadlines

  • Understanding of search marketing and the internet
  • Professional demeanor and desire to win in a very competitive industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an analytical mindset and a strong phone presence

  • Confident, compelling presentation style
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams in a strategic and professional manner
  • Ability to ask questions, listen, and follow-up
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com ‘s CRM tool
  • Experience in website audit using tools such as Salesforce.com‘s CRM tool, Right Signature and related software
  • Must be Proficient in all Microsoft office programs
  • Must have strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Web Development, Social Media, Display, and all company related services
  • B.S or B.A. degree required
